Unknown perpetrators ‘decorated’ Alexander De Croo house with swastikas

Strangers have covered the home of the Belgian Prime Minister, Alexander De Croo, with swastikas. On the night of Sunday on Monday seven swastikas were sprayed on a letterbox and on the façade of the house in the East Flemish Brakel.

The district attorney of East Flanders is investigating the case and cannot give details yet. The police have secured the street.

‘Prime Minister De Croo deplores the damage to his private residence and especially the attempt to intimidate his family and children’, says his spokesman in a response to the newspaper De Morgen.
