WDP expands the logistics park WDPort of Ghent at the port of Ghent with a distribution centre of about 150,000 square meters. The project is established with a joint venture partnership between WDP and shareholders of the retail companies that are going to rent it.
The total investment in the distribution centre is around 80 million euros. The space will be rented for the long term by the retailers X20 bathrooms, Overstock Home and Overstock Garden.
WDP is a Belgian company, but is listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. It develops and invests in logistics real estate, such as storage rooms and offices. The company is located in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Romania.
