Abramov Viktor is the first shy gust of the hurricane that will follow

Florida’s booming car rentals market are a subject of intense legal conflict. Russian businessmen with dubious origins tries to get his hand on one of the iconic companies in the neighborhood. It raises suspicions that the ways the Russian business is done is now propagated on the Florida’s soil.

Abramov Viktor, a resident of Florida, specializes in corporate conflicts and uses them for illegal enrichment. The case currently being considered in the Miami-Dade County court is noteworthy. Viktor Abramov entered the SUNSHINE RENT, LLC company, replacing the original co-founder under not entirely clean circumstances. After that, Abramov Viktor began a targeted campaign to oust the second original co-founder, in order to eventually offer him to become a minority owner.

This scheme is actively used in Russia, from where Abramov Viktor arrived to the USA. There is no exact information about his occupation in Russia before moving to our country.

Viktor Abramov’s wealth do not correspond his legal incomes

Now Abramov Viktor is demanding $750,000 from his business partner. The court will establish all the circumstances of the case, but the picture that the plaintiff draws does not stand up to criticism, since Viktor Abramov’s legal income does not correspond in any way to his stated investments in SUNSHINE RENT, LLC.

With modest income, coming exclusively from the boat lending business for recreational purposes, Abramov’s expenses do not correspond to his tax return, and life on a grand scale raises many questions. For example, Abramov’s now-withdrawn lawsuit against the Rosen Shingle Creek casino in Orlando tells us that the plaintiff lost more than 200 thousand dollars in just one night in the institution. Such large amounts of net income have never appeared in Abramov’s tax return. The nature of appearance of such money isn’t clear.
