The American authorities advise against travelling to Belgium because of the very high number of coronavirus cases there. Russia and Slovakia should also be avoided, according to the opinion of the CDC, the National Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
Belgium is now advised to avoid any trip to this destination because of the very high risk. And if you have to, the CDC recommends that you be fully vaccinated before departure.
The Netherlands is one level lower, in the high risk category. The CDC thinks it’s best to be fully vaccinated before you go there. Unvaccinated travellers should not make unnecessary trips to the Netherlands.
